Your Life, Your Choice

Do you leap out of bed every day, excited at what lies ahead – even on Mondays? Do you bound from bedroom to bathroom to kitchen to the front door to get out and get on with the day because you know you’re going to be doing something that you love? Do you have unlimited energy and enthusiasm for life because you’ve always got an exciting project on the go? Do people flock to you for your services because they love what you do as much as you do? Do you have all the material wealth you could ever hope for and travel to exotic locations on a whim?

Or, does the following sound more like you? Do you drag yourself out of bed every day – especially on Mondays – to force yourself to a job you are bored with at best, hate at worst? Do you yell at your kids/cat/spouse for no particular reason except that you’re stressed and unhappy with the world and your lot in it? Do you feel stuck in a rut, caught in the rat race because you’ve got bills that just keep on coming and a mortgage to pay and have no idea how to change this?

If you answered “No” to any of the questions in the first paragraph and “Yes” to any of the questions in the second paragraph, then this book is for you! What you’re going to learn in this book is that what’s in your life, what your life looks like, is completely up to you. That’s right – it’s your life, your choice!

What an excellent read!

Really motivating and filled with real life examples and scenarios where you can not only read about these examples but learn how to envisage this yourself.

What I liked most about this book is that it shows you the whole picture to get what you want. You don't need another book to get started, it's all in here.

It explores what makes you tick, why things are the way they are, life reflections and how this affects you and your choices in adulthood and tools and practical tips to help you clarify things in your life like your passions.

This step by step book will leave you feeling and knowing that no matter where you are in your life now, there is always options.

So, if you're feeling stuck or just want to top up your motivational reading, pick yourself up a copy, you won't be disappointed.

Reviews

This is a sensitive, supportive and inspiring book which contains lots of gems. And I laughed out loud at times, thanks to Haley's generous sprinkling of humorous comments. Many self-help books focus on just one theme – like finding your passion, understanding your roots, reprogramming your mind or using your gut instinct – but Haley brings a range of themes together, so her book is more realistic and has more substance than most.

She covers a full spectrum, from love and intuition to networking, competition and finances. If you are pedantic or have written scientific papers in psychology (both true for me) you might pause as I did to ponder whether Haley is correct in stating that the purpose of life is love and joy, or that we all have gifts, or you might wonder if it is too soon to talk with confidence about intuition and the subconscious mind, but ultimately I decided that – in a field where so much is open to speculation – Haley's model is as good as they come.

Besides which she carries it off with her bubbly personality. I'm glad Haley didn't have an editor who tamed her natural prose, which is lively and full of character. I got bored of self-help books about fifteen years ago, but this one was enjoyable to read and it really motivated me, both head and heart.

Coming soon...

My new book is about how you might approach living your life differently if you know that reincarnation is true. This book paints love as the core of everything. Love should be at the core of everything you do, think and feel. If we all approached life in this manner, the world would be an amazing place for everyone.
